Jay was born and raised in Evansville,
Indiana. He and his older brother, Max, grew up in a small house with
their Mother Donna, and Dad, Max. They were a couple of crazy
boys, always getting into something or other, but they always had the
loving family waiting for them. Jay was active in a lot of things
is high school, from drama to music. He recently bought a trombone
with hopes of re-learning it. Jay is a natural when it
comes to business. There really isn't anything he can't figure out
in a little while. He is always up for the challenge of new tasks,
which is good, because his company is often giving him new projects
because they trust him and know that the work will be done perfectly.
When we lived in Somerville, Massachusetts a few years ago, Jay signed
up to be an auxiliary police officer. He has also been very active
in many diversity committees at work and in his school days. Also
in Somerville, he was the gay/straight/bi/transsexual ambassador to the
Mayor.
This is Jay and his brother. They don't look alike that much, but they sure act the same. Jay is holding our cat Carmen, Max (on the right) is holding his daughters Caycee and Carly.
Here is Jay's mom, Donna with a very drooly Caycee. Donna, affectionately referred to as MIMI, is an amazing grandmother. She is always there for her grandchildren, whether it's to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with the crust cut off, doing art projects, or talking with them allllllll night long trying to get them to fall asleep. MIMI is one of a kind.
Jay and his Dad. Jay's Dad is a very special man. He is a rough guy who loves his Harley Davidson, but inside, he is a big softy. He absolutely adores his family. He can never get enough of his grandchildren. He will walk to fire and ice to protect his family. I just love watching how he interacts with all children. I know that if Jay is anything like his Dad (which he is TOTALLY like his dad), then he will be one of the worlds best dads.
Here is another of Jay's Father, Max, holding Colton. I love this picture. Very artistic.
Here we have our sister-in-law, Jennifer, and little Miss. Carly.
The girls love their Paw-Paw |
